Funcos are the traditional houses of Chã das Caldeiras. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with hot water. Rainwater is captured to supply the well and the water used is recycled and reused to water the plants and to flush the WC. Electricity comes from solar panels and we have water heated by a solar water heater. Unlimited WiFi is available. EcoFunco is the ideal place to discover Chã das Caldeiras and the starting point for hikes. Come and live the experience of sleeping in the traditional houses at the foot of the Fogo volcano!
